Rotello And Velveeta Chicken P

Nacherzählomania

(Yeah, creativity can greet title ...)

Finally it was time again. Finally, the stormed Hebbel-Theater again. Finally stroll under a pile of totally sick movie-makers. " Total Recall", the Festival of Films retold took back the last two evenings on the Berlin stage. And because it last year was so incredibly awesome, I was present for both days this year.

total of 27 x 10min retellings are now behind me. The majority were really great, was not, in contrast to last year, really bad. With "Predator," "Captain Future" and "Pretty Woman" to romance a Kameraassi in rotation from N24-contribution "tax savings" was pretty much represented every conceivable genre. Outstanding for me were the contribution of a friend, self-confessed serial Look Erin, giving the audience an English short series about superheroes with stupid abilities ("Misfits") is closer brought and a gentleman, whom you last year talking about a Star Trek episode to hear , yesterday but the 105th Episode of "Elephant, Tiger & Co." slating.

I myself was on Friday on the verge spontaneously "Donnie Darko" to tell, but was thwarted by the control-happily girl. The next day I tried at home alone, this film in 10 minutes to accommodate so that it does not sound completely stupid - I did not succeed. The idea of using TK recent failed here link YouTube post to give the best. In the end I had probably but just cold feet. I hope I can do it next year to overcome me, and "Lion King" to give the best.

The "Silver Linde," the "most important award in the field of film retold" took the guy back home who asked about "Mamma Mia", or better its Mother and grandmother, Duke - good, but not for me in the neck in pole position. In general, many of my favorites were knocked off really well. Too bad:)

PS: The mandatory film music quiz I would have decided this year even all for myself. Once cried softly ("Kill Bill Vol 1") and in the other only half a second too long delayed ("Master and Commander"). That would have been the victory. Sun prove I could with two hits ("Disney's The Jungle Book" and "Waltz with Bashir") but at least 2nd place:) * * stolzis

Burtonomania

News is Museum for Film and Television , or in the resident Kino Arsenal a Tim Burton- Showcase. Does that mean as much as it will be there within a month all Burton films in sound once or twice shown. Overall, I was there in the last 2 weeks 3x visitors.

Starting Burton had my series with "Batman . It was terrific to be able to experience this movie times on screen. The intro, which was actually nothing more than a tracking shot through the Batman logo, along with the theme music alone worth the money. This has worked so awesome, that was unglaubt. And to see the real reason for hunting, the Batwing on the big screen was pure goosebumps. Great, just great.

Two days later I had a card for Burton's first feature film "Pee-Wee 's Big Adventure " reserved, unfortunately I was unable to attend.

Instead, I went on Sunday to " Edward Scissorhands " I, as I must confess to my shame, never before seen. Was worth it. Is really a totally beautiful film. Here it was the first time that I saw that really all people the guy waited until they left the hall. Impressive.

And because I had on Wednesday night boredom, I'm back again. " Mars Attacks! " was on the board. I had totally forgotten how fun is:) Ok, it is determined again ten years since I last saw him and certainly did not understand everything, but yesterday I enjoyed themselves immensely. Together with a very amused audiences.

seen together so you can actually reach the only conclusion that this man is just totally awesome. My respect!

Auckland, Hong Kong, Erkner

will miss him, of Auckland Skytower ...

This last blog entry is to trace our journey home, which consisted of six slim flights. Within less than a week we were able to adopt both due to Auckland, as well as the commercial metropolis of Hong Kong to explore. And, of course were again our loyal blogger who is too Fotoapparillo and the notepad.

very un-Christian times, we leave to Cairns to go to Sydney to Auckland. Unchristian then are the steep prices, of the Cairns airport has in store for us. A trolley for the luggage only costs $ 3 rental fee. We can skillfully lie to the left and buck our bags for check-in. Our excess baggage given us unbeatable $ 160 fine (with our laptop and Jenny's purse will be included in the bill - a scandal for me Well folks! "! Avoid Jetstar" - saves you the stress ...). Accordingly, we climb the wild red head and cursing the plane. Toll, a departure, we have probably introduced more harmonious ...
stay in Sydney runs a little in the length, but sweetened by free Internet. In Auckland we are Finally, at 1:30 at night to clock. We resolve to combat the jet lag in the coming days look more active and a live game of the Australian Basketball League, before we drop dead tired in the springs and blissful sleep.
street art ... this has me really excited!

After sufficient sleep and a frightened maid but we went out once to fresh air in order to properly say goodbye to Auckland. As might be expected, it rained continuously. Although it was not cold but not so pleasant! Little Round led us to our favorite food court, where once delicious Chinese and Japanese was eaten. Further, it walked up Queen Street in the direction of the local bank, because Basti New Zealand student account would be resolved. On the way I had to hold very hard at Basti's strong arms and ran as on eggs, because my flip-flops in combination with Auckland's streets and the rain was like an icy slide. But fortunately it cleared up on, the sun was even looking times. We continued our walk towards the university, where the rain started again, then it went past our old home and we looked wistfully at the 11th Stock! A great time we had there ... but Today was no time for sentimentality and emotional outbursts, because it was raining now very uncomfortable. Our round took us to our old department store, later passing several souvenir shops and back to the hotel. So we could one day again almost all of our stations scour nearly five-month stay in Auckland.
The next two days were more or less filled with last shopping: we probably have every gift shop two visits to all present for to get home, we ate the last time Butter Chicken in the university and one last time the nighttime skyline of Auckland admired.
Thursday 5:00 the alarm rang again inhuman, 5:30 came the taxi and at 8:00 we were sitting on the plane to Hong Kong, excess baggage fees this time without the hassle of discussions at the check-in desk and expensive.
... finally in Hong Kong ...

Hong Kong
We come to Hong Kong in the evening, we grab the suitcases, put us in the airport express and rush to Hong Kong Station, a hub of the city. There is already waiting Marcus, who in the coming days as the unique blend of innkeeper, guide will shine and animator. Invite as a part of the extremely chaotic traffic and on the other hand, the exorbitant parking rates not just to drive their own cars (Marcus is so autolos ...), we climb to the first but not last time one of the taxes. This is mostly controlled by risk-loving, fast-seeking full-patients. A circumstance which conjures us here and there a few gray hairs on his head and terror under the armpits. Well, we are least well at Marcus' to stall, kick off your bags, grab a few barley-containing soft drinks and eat typical Chinese - per order at McDonalds (This one question: Why are not these delivery service in the old World?). Maybe it's the Big Macs in the belly, perhaps Alhohoool in the blood stream or just the 24-hour day, but somehow his eyes strum with fatigue. The bed calls and we obey ...
The next morning, the sun smiles on us in the face. The weather compels you to explore the city, preferably running way. So the direction of street markets and from there to the ferry terminal to Lamma-Iceland. As Marcus' slug is quite centrally located, need few steps to reach all the strange smells and food and the hustle and bustle of a Chinese market. Here and there ne half goat carcasses hanging in the bright sunlight around (her head is still intact; the frightened expression can be tough to close habits in the methods of slaughter). In addition, we find, especially on spring critters hook as well as vegetables and fruits in all shapes and colors.
... uff'n market

Since we still have nothing in the stomach, we are moving in the direction of a feeding street, is where gefuttert tasty Thai. The Ferry Terminal is once again driven by taxi. This form of transportation can be a while here and there inside "sky sacrament" call, but is extremely cheap. In this country we are in similar lines the same Money for a public transport ticket from. The trip to the upstream Lamma-Iceland is really fast, but leads us into a completely different world. The bustle of the city is gone, the many dropouts living here is "laissez-faire" in big letters written on his forehead. Along narrow streets, which seem to often lead to cross through the property of the residents we work ourselves into an idyllic beach. Idyllic, if you take the three chimneys of the ignored next to the beach nearby power station. But the water is warm determined, and the three-eyed fish can swim backwards ...
site Idyll on Lamma Iceland

We trek over a surprisingly well-developed road towards "Sok Kwu Wan", meaning "place where the ferry leaves the three Europeans. There, Jenny and Marcus nibble a little seafood, while one of my busy peanuts to eat with chopsticks - a grueling work
Jenny and Marcus' food ....

Away from the many restaurants The town is dominated by a colony of fishermen in the harbor basin. The life and work virtually in a small boat or floating metal housing. Where most time of their wastewater? Strengthened and full of energy (snoring, jet lag) is the ferry back to Hong Kong Iceland climbed. Meanwhile, the Sun is in retreat and the guide still has a trick up its sleeve that has something to do with "Skyline" and "Outlook". So so ...
Beautiful sunset on Lamma Iceland

While we were still on the ferry back to Hong Kong Iceland could marvel at one of the most beautiful sunsets of our trip and Basti ecstatic with the Photoapparillo almost escalated, Marcus thought a step further and took us to the peak. The peak was a good mix of tourist-shopping area and viewing platform. To get there, we had to once again be high and the fear of death drove a taxi stand. But it was worth it: the views of Hong Kong at night is unique. Although got Basti and I forget that night ever in a foretaste of things cold, but the colorful lights of the skyline, we let the icy wind.
view from "The Peak" to make the city ... all the "Oh" ...

gave the evening the three of us for the first barbecue of the new year. The procurement of ingredients was found to be more difficult than expected, because we were quite late and Marcus favorite meat shop had no beauty more available. We thought that it would now end up paw pigs, goats heads and cats on the grill. But far from it. In the mini-supermarket, there were even pieces of filet and our evening was saved. However, set out with the full stomach, the fatigue wide and I had my part, I have the red blanket rolled up and would fall asleep on the spot. My project was unfortunately stopped by the guys who wanted to play Sing Star. Well I did not tell me twice, and with the corresponding crystal-clear drink in the glass, we sang three in competition. Strangely enough, the boys cut off a lot better than me (well, no wonder I was in the school choir also always in the back so no one can hear me).
The next morning was already waiting for us, we had an appointment with a boat ride. Friends of Marcus had rented a Junte and that we should sail the next eight hours to Hong Kong around Iceland. Fortunately we had before departure or with food and Beverages stocked up, because once on the boat there was nothing more than a small toilet, music and good humor.
nonsense auf'm boat ...

the late afternoon we also had luck and the sun set through the thick paste made by clouds. So it was that we experienced our second beautiful sunset on a boat to the entrance to Hong Kong!
... such a joy
... again a jump photo

Basti and I then adopted by the Group and of Marcus, screamed our suitcases for us and so we plunged bravely alone in the evening traffic. But we knew the city well, yes even as our hand.
... auf'm way home saw: the double-decker tram.

Again, the alarm clock rang at 5:00, 5:30 Marcus we said goodbye and see you soon and thanks for the hospitality and at 8:00 we sat again for aircraft, this time really after in the direction of home. We were extremely lucky, because we were alone there are four in number for us. So I could make pretty long at over three seats, while Basti settle for a seat there.

landed around 19 clock our last flyer Berlin and received us as it now is; cold and bureaucratic, as the passport control took place almost outside. For the reception afterwards was even warmer. Our families and some friends waited for hours determined longingly at the airport and we did not want to let go of their embrace. And yes, there are tears of joy flowed as from the torrents!

fact that the greeting is not "only" on an interpersonal level but also at culinary fashion went from Amsterdam of course I liked very much. From burgers to grilled meats and dips to a run-all was called up, which can drop a tooth. So it is hardly surprising that deep into the night to nibble, talk and celebrating. Thank you for that warm welcome party!
Ciao, it was nice to you!

A Another big thank you goes out to you, the readers of the blog. We hope you brought by one or other story and accompanying photos of our great time at the other end of the world a little closer to have. And we thank you for the letters, the many emails and phone calls from the old country to New Zealand and Australia, have always held on the date! Exactly! We remain with best regards,

Jenny and Basti

Windburn On Baby Cheeks

the town without food Pt.III

Some of you may recall the strange affair of the Phantom of the Opera, a mystery never fully explained. We are told, ladies and gentlemen, that this is the very chandelier Which figures in the famous disaster. Our workshops have restored it and fitted it up parts of it with wiring for the new electric light so that we may get a hint of what it may look like when reassembled. Perhaps we may frighten away the ghost of so many years ago with a little illumination, gentlemen?
[Prologue, The Phantom Of The Opera]

goosebumps.

That was then. I do not know how many years I had longed for e this event. The Phantom of the Opera to see live. The Musical of Musicals. And we were sitting in it. Here on the London Broadway. Here at the Picadilly, in "Her Majesty Theatre. Was The stage a work of art in itself. Although we saw at the beginning is not really anything like this, but if only the elaborate curtains aroused a feeling in me, d he described to me hard. Falls Theatre itself was very pretty. opulence at every turn, portraits and reliefs, wherever you look. Yes, the Phantom was worthy. Somehow, you felt even before the start as a visitor of that legendary opera house in Paris. It was great. Only the seats left much to be desired. I think the British have, on average, much smaller than us landlubbers. The rest ended up somewhere in the Cross and the leg was worse than the train. The result was always the man in front of his man behind the knees in the back. Thanks Anne, I could but sit on the floor, pushing my legs there and was able to comfortably follow the action.
Even after the overture was the exhilaration. The costumes were a stunner, but featured the sets sc
hlicht all in the shade. And then it came. With "Think of me" she sang her way into the hearts of the audience. And as for us both, it also managed not even the Phantom Raoul, topple them from the throne. The two principal male roles were great, but Christine was not enough in the water approach.
The theater was worth the money. All
emal. An incredible production that was actually almost perfect. The stage show, the chandelier, the balcony. Class. The singing and acting were terrific. And yet, unfortunately, only almost perfect. I personally found it a little, failed. Unmasked the Phantom looked somewhat ridiculous. Moreover, the actor tried to unmasking a particular threat to put it in his voice failed him what I think. And so for me was the end of the phantom of the carvers in the otherwise wonderful performance. Anne does not share this last opinion by the way.

As we again were at the gates of the theater, killed us. It was previously colorful and flashy, so the time it's even be topped. The streets are full
Party People. Everywhere you look, long limousines and drunken people. Too much of the good. Spontaneously, the plan was made to spend the last hours of the stay somewhere in a nice ale or cider at a local pub near Liverpool Street. Was it fatigue or was it even for a Berlin a culture shock, anyway, we just wanted to get away. Rapidly in the next, of course mercilessly crowded, underground manhole increased. And shortly thereafter quickly back out when we first had dealt with the prices of public transport in London. We were running, we had finally time. Time, hunger, and slowly but surely nasty leg pain. So what? Teeth clenched, as one needs to. And we would see even more of the city. And actually, one was even out of the confusion, it was suddenly deserted. Again, we dangled us from card to card and again we crossed very nice streets and alleys. But what we found was an open bar. Not a snack, nothing. We moved into the metropolis of London, by the central location in the center of what was humanly possible. And there was nothing to eat. Absolutely nothing. 10pm had everything closed. Our now almost unbearable hunger drive us forward, in the hope that something in the station-to-find en. We crossed a very scary night-acting industrial area and passed a number of closed pubs. And then, just before the finish we actually saw anything open. Packed with London party people. Screeching, bawling, boozing. No chance. Of course it was not a place, not to mention quite a bit between the gills. Of course we were not the only people who are looking for something in London food and discovered this rarity. And so we said goodbye to the idea of a peaceful end and dragged ourselves exhausted in the station. There we saw ... nothing. At least at first Everything had to look. But then we discovered a small stand in a corner, which actually sold more baguettes, presumably about to be closed. Finally have something again in the stomach, the first after the Bu rger fourteen hours, one filled with a cozy feeling. But the leg pain could be combated only with real pain medication. contribute to later, when they began a quarter-hour, I was again full of energy. While my company did not look as they would do only one step, but still three hours to sit around in the cold station was not an option. So once again the plans were forged. What we had

not yet seen what can be achieved with the subway? I would have liked to have my 500 and had fully Founds for another cache in the eye.
A can directly on the Greenwich Meridian. Views would have liked, as my GPS device shows in a coordinate all zeros. But for that you had to know, Greenwich to Greenwich, or more precisely North. This is eight p.m. U-Bahn minutes from Liverpool Street. But as I said, basically, we had time. And drive we were sitting now, rather than running forever. We looked at the metro map and defined a circular route. Once Greenwich, then Sherlock Holmes of Baker Street 221b visit, and as a conclusion even after the King's Cross Track 93 / 4 So we became friends at this late hour but still with a day ticket, which was in contrast to the individual tour not so great expensive. After a magnificent chaos - what color our subway and various road closures have been calculated in our weekend, which forced us to huge roundabout way, if we did not leave our tariff zone illegally - but still we found the right train. Exactly one station but later we asked a damn unfriendly voice, immediately leave the train, the stations would close now. Just imagine once: It was just after 1am on a Sunday and the London Tube is closing. So we stood back, before the with gates closed doors of a metro station, completely discouraged. in the pocket two freshly purchased day tickets.

We now simply have wandered away without hesitation. We wanted to buy a bus ticket is no longer, they knew then what malice was waiting there for us? We walked along any main road, applied suddenly, as the Kleene decided again to try to see the water. We wandered the H auptstraße back. Past the narrow streets with nothing but closed pubs. Depression at some point we reached the Thames. Almost exactly at the point where we first Time had seen. Out of sheer boredom I set out to examine the walls for a third time after that darn box. We finally had tons of time. And do not feel like running. Even now it was low tide. Even now i found nothing ch.

We are reminded, as seen at noon on the Millennium Bridge from the Tower Bridge to have. We noticed that we were missing from the typical London Sightseeing catalog nor the tower and the associated bridge. And so we Schlu
rften half motivated down the Thames in the opposite direction. The streets were deserted, only here and there a reception prior to any major office buildings. We were after a seemingly endless march occurring We on the walls of the Tower of London. And I have to admit, that impressed me. Somehow I always had only this middle section with the four towers in mind when they spoke from the tower. But this well-fortified castle with its battlements and walls was pretty g Ewalt. Along those walls we circled n the former seat of power half and entered the coronation or the Tower Bridge. I tried desperately a photo directly from the middle of the road to get out, but although the weak but steady traffic and screaming my company gave me little to chance. Frantically I shot a reasonably sharp image.

It was about time. Somewhat targeted so we walked back to the station, where we witnessed the re-opening live. As expected, this was closed shortly after we had left him. Inside expected u been the conductor of the StandstedExpresses ns, which is manifested at early hours or as a bus. Shortly after we sat inside and then, after more than 24 hours and 25km, it was dark around me.

At the airport I awoke. Everything went rather quickly, we boarded one of the first machines to start in London. The current cloud-free night in Britain provided a fitting backdrop to the last hours in thought Rev
ue to let happen. It was wonderful, despite or because of the hardships and lessons learned at the end. If everything would run totally smooth, it would be too stupid, right? I gladly would have taken only one cache found. But you can not have everything, right?

So we in Germany after the second gathering of the sun
naufgangs within one day pushed through the clouds waiting for us a picture full of disasters. Water wherever you look. Most frozen. Flow curves were practically invisible, fields became lakes. No question, we were back in the cold, flooded homes. How different 10 ° C but can appear. A world of difference between island and mainland.

Back in Moabit was first started just preparation for market of China kebab shop. Thus, a baguette does not really last long. Was good to sit in the just awakening and yet familiar streets and finally come to rest. With breakfast noodles China in the stomach. We talked for another we
king with the kebab man who donated us black tea, no EarlGrey, but also delicious. Whether I would like London? Yes totally. Whether I would want to live there? Decisive No! A city without food or subway at night and constantly present and very shrill siren setting is not for me. And the absence of awareness of waste, dogs and dog shit, and j ny graffiti and posters were London somehow seem sterile. There may be other places, but I know not met. But for a medium-long stay I would have to visit just about the entire theater once . But then let's get back to Berlin with his quiet Spätis and breakfast kebabs. :)

Free Printable Poem Background

City without Trash Pt puke. II

We had a target. We needed our musical tickets. The German trade ticket we had only a kind of order confirmation sent to the exchange we had in London was a partner in the shop with real mop. But this shop had only three hours on. So we turned our steps towards Westminster. Originally, we thought a nice long walk along the River Thames taken. But shortly after the Millennium Bridge, there was a building site, which forced us to take distance from the project. So we ran across the fields, we dangled from one environment to the next card, and if there was no time, I also took time off-card on my phone. I do love so completely unplanned trips. Although there was a general direction, but whether that was Tourimeile it or not cared, we are not in the least. So we came out on a particularly fun place where there was somehow a small property situated in the city. Three small houses as they are somewhere in presenting an insignificant, far remote, small English county. But instead of a green background rose a monster of a newly built bank building. And yet it suited the is shown to us city. Again it was the mixture, which was so rich in contrasts that it almost developed a certain charm. Whether the residents of the small villa with English lawn looked just be made once there. Just around the corner we saw a billboard that a large portrait of Johnny Depp was known as "The Mad Hatter". Opposite this was the right hotel.

We are therefore driven past the Waterloo Station, City Hall, the London Eye, directly to the Westminster Bridge. I honestly had no idea that this is precisely the bridge, from everyone probably Touri the world (except us), the Parliament building photographed. But so completely unprepared to face the London landmark, was something quite exciting. I never realized what a filigree design was to be found there. I mean, everyone knows the BigBen of images, but to see him live, all the fine detail that was once something quite different. Now it passed down to Westminster Abbey, Victoria Street. So slowly his legs were tired, which also is not surprising when you consider that one since getting up 1000km away exactly one apple, had taken a burger and a Coke for himself. Well, here too there was any case of that mishmash of what fascinates me Sun But slowly they came to a point of saturation. Somehow it now expected around every even the narrow corner take a pretty house, and the many impressions you could actually hardly. Was time for a break. So when we finally had our tickets in hand, we took a little walk around the houses to the vain search for a simple cafe and sat down, finally, armed with Brownie and delicious EarlGrey in the concourse of Victoria Station.

It was already dark when we left again. And now the city seemed to be different. Even more impressive. No more gray and awesome. No, it flashed everywhere. The streets and buildings had a playful, but rarely in such a way that it corny, or even intrusive worked. Employ bustle, where you looked, people laughed and had fun. You could see literally, as the streets were filled. The proportion of tourists declined, the locals gained the upper hand, those who knew where they amused themselves in this seemingly endless number of streets and roads. The wicket-musical theater lit up in green and lush compared to the tried BillyElliot theater successful, directing all attention. But we drew our steps now to our next destination, the nightlife at the Picadilly Circle around counter. There should be our main item on the agenda in "Her Majesty Theatre" take place. This we ran down the Buckingham Palace Road, past the namesake and the Victori a Memorial in front of the palace entrance, which is almost begging question to be climbed. I wondered how long it might take well to the palace guard one gets down there and decided against it a try. Incidentally, I had not the pleasure one can step off the fur hats customers shins - namely, there was none. Full of scam. Instead, we walked over to louder important looking directly into buildings and oversized statues into the turmoil of the entertainment.

Was the colors at the Victoria already impressive, put them all here ever seen in the shadows. But in the district could spend the evenings of the year without ever having done something the same. Whether the buzz in Trafalgar Square and Chinatown, all seemed happy and somehow intoxicating. Dazed by the spectacle of thousands of smiling faces, we could drive us past the strangest theaters and pubs. Left, right, straight ahead. We did not care. We still had 2 hours to the start of the performance. But then we were both like to be a command and entered a shop.

Something funny I had not seen for a very long time. This store was virtually only stuffed animals and most loving Decoration. Welcomed by the perceived eyes one thousand plush frogs and a giant lemurs turned the gaze openable gene in crocodile's mouth. The animals that adorned the ceiling and walls, was moved, the air filled with jungle noises. And a new friend I had found. Unfortunately, a little too expensive for him really take snief * *. After three rounds through the store we are - without actually having bought something (I'm proud of myself, and slightly sad) - it went straight towards "Her Majesty Theatre.

How To Enter A Giftcard Number On Hottopic.com

City without Trash Pt. I

some point I thought we could do again what to do. Do anything fun and break a bissel money on his head. An hour later, the Musical tickets were booked. In London. "Phantom of the Opera" is just not played in Germany. Early out, early back. Sightseeing at night and accommodation costs savings. That was the plan.
Yesterday early 11th Clock (was an hour late) the TakeOf from Schoenefeld, and thus the beginning of a rapid chase. They ultimately so that we could actually see the sunrise behind traveled more than Britain. But (clocks were made across the Channel so good back - mentally) a few minutes after take-off set my better half and I returned to London Stansted on. Incidentally, the first thing I personally cut immediately to mind when we broke through the clouds, the highway was among us. This left movement seems so incredibly wrong, the mine has only once caused a knot in the brain. To briefly anticipate: In general, I stood all day somehow at odds with the transport system. As Berlin are you looking left, runs over half the street, look right and go. This is a downfall in England and more than once Anne had me by the collar back on the grind "Pedestrian". Funny in the context of the crossings. Everywhere stands at the edge, in which direction we should look but please. I was not shake the feeling that this was introduced only for tourists like me) were

As we fix the StanstedExpress then brought into the city, the next goal was clear: food. And of course what you eat when you're the first time in English speaking countries? Clearly, a "Quarter Pounder with Cheese . After the mandatory meal we had one goal: my first international cache. Two I had picked out myself. Probably the only two with higher demands in the entire City. My 500th Cache was found in London will and a 4/4.5er. So first the 499th sought (1.5 / 3). Getting there was pretty impressive. The first impressions of the city were very positive. Well, if you are honest, it was the second impression. The first was actually "shabby" and "like in the movie: housing settlements" as we were chauffeured to the airport express through the suburbs. Wiedemauchsei, at least we both immediately felt very comfortable. seen in every corner of what gabs. A jumble of modern buildings, old church standing in the middle and guard towers or ancient ruins, and then run-down '70s architecture. Terrific. Is it a totally interesting city. Only Trash on the way we looked in vain to dispose of our fast-food waste. And yet we denied ourselves the illegal disposal of those blocks in the sight of the blankgeleckten for Berlin streets - interesting phenomenon. Before we had gone off but really, we looked beforehand in order to determine the direction to the environment everywhere on signs and cards promptly committed our first mistake. We walked in the wrong direction. So we learned in this way that the neighborhood maps are not North Up, but based on the viewing direction. Virtually actually ... If it's because white * gg *

After this little disaster navigation, what our Moreover, by some very nice streets led, I switched but rather a time my GPS device and let me maneuver. Cards so everyone can:) And so it happened that we came out on a small alley, which had invented the name probably dead. Eng and only in one direction walked on. Unless it's just low tide. In this case, you can climb safely without getting wet on the river Thames a ladder. And this was the task that had to do, to find the can. And as I climbed. Wwire circuit walls, ledges, anchor chains. But the little girl wanted to show me not go away. A little dejected, I remembered a certain schedule, and persuaded Anne then a descent to the Thames river. A very funny tour by later wrecked ships and superglitschigen foundations of London Bridge (How do tourists actually a river walk, if they are the first time in London?) We were at my in thought 500 that even an untrained eye like the one my company struck without difficulty. Sun me the much heavier doped cache cost about three unforced minutes, two of which went for a photo shoot on it. In the sport of it, that this had turned out so easily, I could move my girlfriend to a reversal of the ladder, if only on the three meters higher walk. But a second, even much more thorough visit did not bring the desired success. Easy to knock down and smeared with Thames mud we went to the real sightseeing. As a starting point, we chose a crossing in the cache and said nearest Millennium Bridge .
