basic principles: 3 Political anarchy

I have not reported the last few days because I had much to do. Therefore today come directly multiple posts.
have in the last two posts I am busy with communism and capitalism, and today we continue with the next, in my opinion no less utopian system: anarchy

Many talk about anarchy, usually not as serious alternative to the current system, but more casually, to make clear that it could be worse. But what does that mean? As the theory is for anarchy ? Work
Very simple? There are no rules, and everyone just what they want? That can not seriously be fine, right?
When an anarchist asks, he will say exactly the opposite: precisely because there are no rules that society works better than rules, because no one feels more restricted in his / her action, meaning no one wants to break out of these limits . Everyone is individual, can assess their own talents and needs at the best and the best way to bring to life the general public.
A problem, perhaps is also an advantage of the anarchy that there is no government, no longer limiting instance. From the View from our society-fetched it sounds very far, only a minority believes in common sense, can evaluate everything, and so produces, without a decisive force for order, justice, public security or simply to survive.
A question of course is whether all this can work, it was ultimately never tried really. But what has not been tried is still not as disproved. I personally do not believe it anyway, especially since there will always be people who put themselves above others, and want to rule others. Any control, legislation and guidance requires the company, and this is given to us by the state. Without control the majority of the population would be dominated by a small group that this would have no legitimacy.
